Healing and Recovery by the Sea

Located in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, Sea Grove Recovery will provide treatment for adults with Substance Use Disorder (SUD), as well as dual diagnosis treatment for adults with a co-occurring mental health disorder. Our 41-bed facility is in a serene wooded environment and is designed to maximize healing and meet the needs of every patient who attends treatment.

With different levels of care, ranging from residential rehab to outpatient care, Sea Grove Recovery provides treatment tailored to the needs of patients struggling with addiction. Our experienced team will provide a specialized treatment plan to meet the unique needs of you or your loved one.

Programs

Adult Residential Treatment

Residential care means staying on-site, days and nights, during your recovery process. Residential treatment will offer a structured therapeutic environment in which evidence-based treatment and therapy will be learned and applied on a daily basis. Mental health and medical professionals will be available at any time to provide the support needed for recovery. Residential treatment includes:

  • Individualized treatment plans
  • Behavioral therapy
  • Medication management
  • Group therapy sessions
  • Life and work skills assistance

Adult Partial Hospitalization

We will offer a partial hospitalization program (PHP) that takes place for most of the day throughout the week with PHP lodging available. The program allows for those in our care to receive treatment throughout the day in an environment conducive to healing with a treatment plan built around their individual needs.

Adult Dual Diagnosis

In addition to our substance use program, Sea Grove Recovery will be equipped to provide treatment to those with a substance use disorder and a co-occurring mental health disorder. Adults who have both cannot take steps forward in their recovery if one disorder is treated and not the other. By providing this service, we are better able to treat those in our care as a whole and help to prevent future relapse.
