Located in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, Sea Grove Recovery provides treatment for adults with Substance Use Disorder (SUD) as well as dual diagnosis treatment for adults with co-occurring mental health conditions. Our 41-bed facility, surrounded by serene wooded landscape, is designed to support healing and meet the individual needs of every patient.
With levels of care ranging from detoxification to residential treatment and full-time day programming (Partial Hospitalization Program with optional lodging), Sea Grove Recovery offers specialized plans tailored to each patient’s recovery journey. Sea Grove Recovery is a proud member of the Foundations Recovery Network, a national network of treatment facilities that has delivered evidence-based, patient-centered addiction treatment services for over 20 years.

With residential, partial hospitalization and outpatient facilities across the United States, Foundations Recovery Network strives to remove barriers and increase access to integrated treatment for co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders.
